MUSIC LYRICS I FIND INTRIGUING

Music is big in the entertainment industry. There are different genres of music such as afrobeats, classical, pop, hip hop, RnB, rap, jazz and so many others. However, something connects all of them. Lyrics! Despite the fact that music lyrics are very important because they and entertain and educate, there are some that i consider questionable. Here are some of them;

1. The first on our list is the Nigerian top hit Last Last.

Chop breakfast? how does breakfast and heartbreak correlate.

2. Another one is It's plenty. We don't have any thing against Burna oh.

'DON'T WANNA WASTE MY DAYS, I WANT TO SPEND THEM ON ENJOYMENT'

You don't want to waste your days but you want to spend them on enjoyment alone? How?

3. SHE NO WAN DESIGNER, SHE NO WAN FERRARI,

Uncle Davido? How na? She no wan designer....Ferrari? Yi? Me sha, even chocolate, I'll happily accept.

4.WHEN I DROP YOU KNOW IT'S AN ANTHEM

Whose anthem? *rolls eyes*

5. DORO AAAA DORO YOUUU

What is doro? Whosoever knows the meaning should come forward ooo.

6.WHEN I LOOK INTO YOUR EYE, ALL I SEE IS YOUR WAIST

Sir, did you do basic science in school? pupils, retina, iris.., can you relate?
